For some unknown reason, Nancy Pelosi gave the order to turn off cameras, turn off mics, and dim the lights. Pelosi believes that the chamber in the House is her personal house. What she did was to deny the PEOPLE of this Nation to view on the C-Span channel their representatives in action. This House is the People's House, and not Pelosi's House. The people in San Francisco may honor the Speaker, but to the rest of the citizens of this Nation - she has denied an up or down vote on oil drilling - the citizens desire better.
